26th Jan 2017 11 :00am  - we have rolled back last night's update and the system seems to be resolved.  We are still investigating as a matter of urgency and appreciate your support.

26th Jan 2017 9:00am - we are aware of issues sending messages and reporting issues from the web site.  We are investigating as a matter of urgency.

6th June 2016 7:00am - There was a problem with a number of scheduled messages that should have been sent over the last few days.  The issue has been resolved for future messages.  Please review your outbox under reports if you think a message should have been sent.   Un sent  messages will not be charged.  We apologise for this inconvenience and are investigating the cause.

9th May 2016 7:30 - Some users may not be able to connect to txtround due to a DNS upgrade over the weekend.  All services are on-line but the change can take a few hours to replicate.  In a few cases, this can be slow depending on your internet  providers  policy on DNS refresh.  If you see a blank screen or 'server not found issue'  please try closing your browser as the old server settings can be stored locally for a period of time.  If you still have issues, you may need to try again later once your provider has updated their DNS.

23 Dec 2015 12:30 - Issue with sending emails resolved .

23 Dec 2015 6:30 - We are having issues in sending emails via the txtround service.  At this  stage  we believe there is no issue with sending text messages

10 Dec 2015 15:30 - Processing has now caught up and all messages that have been delivered are reported as such.

10 Dec 2015 13:00 - Processing is catching up we are now only 24 hours behind and hope to have fully caught up by 17:00

10 Dec 2015 07:45 - We are still investigating the slow processing of delivery reports, at this stage we do not have an estimated fix but be assured messages are being delivered and we are treating this as a high priority issue.

09 Dec 2015 09:00 - We are experiencing the slow processing of delivery update messages, be assured messages are being sent in a timely fashion but the 'delivery reports' are being significantly delayed. 

02 Dec 2015 11:00 - A hotfix has been released, contacts with failed message counts will be reset once they have had a successful message sent.  Contacts with a count of 5 or higher are being reset to 3 allowing the resending of messages.

02 Dec 2015 09:00 - An issue with the resetting of 'bad numbers' is being investigated with a potential fix being deployed on Thursday.  We also hope to also give you, the user the ability to reset your own numbers.

03 Nov 2015 - 15:00 - The drag n drop issue has been resolved and users should no long be experiencing this issue.  You may need to restart your browser and clear if you are still having issues

03 Nov 2015 - 07:00 - The issue seems to be affecting certain versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, we have applied a temporary fix but are still monitoring the situation.  If you are still having issues please let us know by using the 'Log a Support Call' option from within txtround, or email us at [email protected]

02 Nov 2015 - 10:00 - We are aware of an issue with drag n dropping users and groups for some customers.  We are investigating this as a priority and will update here once we have more information.  If you want to log a call via email please email to [email protected] and it would be helpful if we had you Windows version and Web Browser name and version.
